VILLAGE OF VOLO BID NOTICE The Village of Volo, Lake County, Illinois (“Owner”), is soliciting sealed bids from contractors for the following project: WATER TREATMENT PLANT RESIDING Sealed bids for this contract must be received before 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 18th, 2020 at the Volo Village Hall, 500 S. Fish Lake Road, Volo, IL 60073. Owner will review each properly submitted bid and will make a selection based upon price, availability, quality and other features of the bid proposals. Owner also reserves the right to reject any bid or part of a bid that does not conform to the bidding requirements or to modify or waive all formalities and technicalities in a bid, or to reject all bids.
