Bids may be submitted in a sealed envelope at the purchasing office or uploaded electronically on the City’s E-bidding website. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Purchasing Department, 701 E. Broadway, 5th Floor, Columbia, MO 65201 by the closing date and time. Bids received after the appointed time will be time stamped and marked as late and will not be considered in the evaluation. The bids must be in a sealed envelope and marked in bold letters “RFQ 204/2021”.
