COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION 'COMBO'

Eielson AFB Water Fountains

•(i)   This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

•(ii)   Solicitation FA5004-18-Q-0020 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

•(iii)   See attached Standard Form (SF) 1449 document for applicable clauses and provisions. FAR Provision 52.212-1 will provide instructions to offerors for submission of quotes while 52.212-2 will provide the evaluation criteria. Evaluation criteria for this requirement is Price and Technical Capability. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government with respect to these two provisions. A responsive quote will consist of a completed SF1449, and any pertinent technical information such as product specifications as specified in FAR Provision 52.212-2.

•(iv)   This requirement is solicited as a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 811219 with a small business size standard of $20.5M.

•(v)  Vendors shall complete Attachment 1 in its entirety and return with any other documentation/data as required by this Combo.

•(vi)   The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following:

•(viii)      Options- N/A

•(ix)          NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:

•b.  Quotes are due no later than 2PM Alaska Standard Time on 10 August 2018. Quotes shall include the following:

••     One (1) completed copy of SF1449 (Attachment 1) filled out in accordance with FAR Provision 52.212-1 and;

••      Any pertinent technical information such as product specifications and type of product/service offered as required by filled out in an accordance with FAR Provision 52.212-1 and FAR Provision 52.212-2.
