Availability of Funds (APR 1984) FAR 52.232 - 18 are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Performance Work Statement (PWS)
1.Title: Evoqua Water Purification System
2.General: Renewal of Preventive Maintenance Agreement for the Evoqua WaterPurification System for FY17.
3.Objective: Provide an on-demand source of high quality Reverse Osmosis waterthroughout laboratory.
4.Specific Tasks: Require Evoqua Technicians to perform regularly scheduledsystem checks and preventative maintenance on R.O. system.
5.Reporting Requirements: Technicians will be able to check the water quality andprovide report during routine visits.
6.Calibration: Not applicable
7.Extended Warranty: Not applicable
8.Period of Performance: 1 Oct 2016 to 30 Sept 2017 and two option years
9.Place of Performance: DLA Product Test Center, Building 5D, 700 Robbins St.Philadelphia, PA 19111-5098
10.Invoice information: Invoices shall be submitted through Wide Area Workflow(WAWF), See DFARS Clause

To ensure timely payment the vendor should enter the required info in WAWF on the day the material ships from their facility. Contractors/vendors not using WAWF will need to register for WAWF in order to gain access to the new myInvoice functionality.
(X) Government credit card would not be utilized for this purchase request. All payments will be processed and submitted through WAWF "only".
