This requirement is for NSN 6645-01-441-2762, Watch, Wrist in accordance with Casio Inc., CAGE 0R636, P/N DW6900-1V. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. The estimated annual quantity is 1656 each for the base year and each option year. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 108 days ARO. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for DLA Direct requirements only. This acquisition will be in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreement applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
