Amendment 0005. The purpose of this amendment is to make a correction to the SAPR Cover Letter dated 11 May 2020. The previous Cover Letter incorrectly identified the solicitation number as FA4455-20-R-0006. The updated Cover Letter, dated 13 May 2020, identifies the correct solicitation number of FA4855-20-R-0006  All changes have been highlighted. The deadline for question submission and proposal submission have not been changed. Any questions regarding this SAPR must be submitted by email by 10:00AM(Mountain Daylight Time), Wednesday 20 May 2020. The Offeror shall submit proposals for consideration no later than 10:00am (Mountain Daylight Time), Monday 25 May 2020.

Revised Solicitation 11 May 2020:

Amendment 0004. The purpose of this amendment is to update Attachment 8 - WWTP Government Furnished Property (updated item highlighted within the attachment). Please see the revisions to the solicitation Cover Letter dated 11 May 2020 and Attachment 9 - Provisions and Clauses dated 11 May 2020, which identify the inclusion of the updated Attachment 8 - WWTP GFP.  All changes have been highlighted. The deadline for question submission and proposal submission have not been changed. Amendment 0003.  Due to the global situation concerning the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) rapidly evolving, the site visit scheduled for Wednesday 13 May 2020 at 0800 Mountain Daylight Time has been canceled. Attachment 11 (WWTP Equipment Slides 1-12) have been added in place of the site visit with photographs and description of the equipment for the WWTP. Please see the revisions to the solicitation Cover Letter dated 08 May 2020, Attachment 1: Instruction to Offerors dated 08 May 2020, Attachment 9: Provisions and Clauses dated 08 May 2020 and Attachment 11: WWTP Equiptment Slides 1-12. All changes have been highlighted. The deadline for question submission and proposal submission have not been changed.
