The purpose of this contract is to control nuisance beavers, to prevent property damage and maintain permitted storm water treatment. All activities associated with the contract will be conducted in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, rules and regulations. Prior to beginning work, the Contractor shall obtain a permit from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission in accordance with Rule 68A-12.009, F.A.C.
