Valley Water is seeking qualified lobbying firms that will be tasked to provide federal advocacy services. Valley Water’s objective is for the Consultant to engage in advocacy with federal elected officials and Congressional committees in order to further Valley Water’s points of view and interests. This may require the Consultant to participate in meetings and activities outside of Congress.
