MEMORANDUM FOR PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS

SUBJECT: Request for Information - EST Foaming System or Equal
1. This will be an official Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with FAR Part 52.215-3. Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated will be solely at the interested party's expense. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on Federal Business Opportunities (FedbizOpps) at https://www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
2. The 7th Contracting Squadron (7 CONS) intends to procure and install a EST Foaming System or Equal at Dyess AFB, TX. The information that is gathered from this RFI will be used to form a formal Request for Quotation at a later time. The NAICS Code for this effort is 811192, Car Washes. Respondents should indicate their size in relation to this size standard and indicate socio-economic status (i.e. SB, 8(a), HUBZone, EDWOSB, WOSB, or SDVOSB).
3. The aforementioned information along with interest and capability statements are requested to be provided no later than 19 June 2017. Please answer all of the questions in as much detail as possible.
4. The requests for information are as follows:
a. Sources capable of providing and installing the EST Foaming System or Equal in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
b. Estimated price of the acquisition and installation of the EST Foaming System or Equal.
c. Questions and concerns associated with the acquisition and installation of this requirement.
5. The information that is received from this RFI will be used to make the best decision on how to proceed with this acquisition. All information will be kept within the 7th Contracting Squadron, and will not be shared with any other potential offerors. If you have any additional
