One Time Bid contract for procurement of saddle stitched pamphlets with a tipped in card.  Approximately 299,396 mailed copies plus 441 advance copies and samples.  Pamphlets are 44 pages plus separate cover and tipped in card.  Trim size of pamphlet is 8-3/8 X 10-7/8" with the tipped in card measuring 3 X 5".  Prints in Four Color Process with bleeds on all pages.  Gloss aqueous coating on Covers 1 and 4.  Mail copies use a customer supplied mail permit.  Operations include electronic prepress, printing, binding, packing, distribution and mailing.  Qualtiy Level II.  Bid opening August 24, 2018.
