The purpose of this notice amendment is to provide more information about this effort and request additional information (which can be provided on the attached market survey and addendum 2).   

Obsolescence management, engineering support, reliability management and configuration management, at the system level for the following systems is being considered for inclusion in the effort:
Heads-Up Display Unit, (NVIS HUD), NSN 1270-01-493-2300, the Flat Panel Color Display (FPCD), NSN 5895 01-493-7133 and the Flat Panel Color Display variant (FPCDv), NSN 5895 01-534-9024.  Parts and logistics support for these systems will also be included.
