On behalf of the United States Marine Corps (USMC), Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL), the Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) is seeking input from industry on the current state of the art  in modelling and simulation wargaming capability to include software, tools, hardware and architecture, that would allow the USMC to fight Marine Air Ground Task Forces (MAGTF) in future operating environments with the intent of confirming, modifying, or fundamentally redesigning the operating concepts of the Marine Corps relative to future threats.
