The purpose of this notice is to respond to one question proposed by industry relative to Request for Proposal HQ0147-15-R-0011 for the Agency's Warfighter Integration support contract under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisition. The question and response follows: Â Question: The L-07, Data Validation Lists tab, cell K6, still lists the Fringe Minimum per hour to be $4.02. The revised Section L.14.3, page 24 states that the Fringe Minimum per hour will be $4.27. Which Fringe Minimum is correct? Response: Use a fringe minimum hourly rate of $4.27. Cell K6 in the Data Validation Lists tab was inadvertently not updated to change the fringe minimum rate from $4.02 to $4.27 in L-07 when the last revision was posted in Amendment 0002. Please note that this rate does not have any calculation impacts on the Excel Pricing Worksheet. This cell is simply used as a conditional formatting tool to alert offerors if their rates listed in the FBLRs tab are lower than the fringe minimum rate. Therefore, the rate can easily be updated from $4.02 to $4.27 in cell K6 without any additional impacts to the pricing model. The proposal due date is not extended.
