This project consists of the construction of a new Restaurant Building, located on the Harding University Campus in Searcy, Arkansas. The project includes, but is not limited to, site improvements, asphalt paving, curb-and-gutter, concrete sidewalks, and a wood framed building on a concrete slab with brick veneer and a PVC roof over a plywood deck on wood trusses. Pre-Bid Information There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held in the HUPRD Break Room, 600 Dr. Jimmy Carr Street, Searcy, Arkansas on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 1:00 PM. The Owner will answer questions and conduct a tour of the site of the work at that time. Bid Information The Owner will receive bids until 2:00 p.m., local time on Tuesday, November 24, 2020. Bids should be delivered to the Harding University Physical Resource Department Offices, 600 Dr. Jimmy Carr Drive, Searcy, AR 72143, hereinafter termed HUPRD. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the HUPRD Break Room at the time and date mentioned above. Interested parties are invited to attend.
