The United States Government want to lease, seeking expressions of interest for approx 10,993 rentable square feet of first class office space,  space must yeild a minimum of 9,559 useable square feet within the following boundaries:

North:  39th Street (Pershing Road)
South: 47th Street
East:   Racine Avenue
West: Damen Avenue, a line between North and South Damen Avenues

We are seeking first class office space in an exiting or newly constructed building. The space must yield a minimun of 9,104 to a maximum of 9,559 useable square feet for the agency's personnel and equipment. The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Government's standards for Firelifesafety and handicap accessibility.  The space must be contiguous on one floor.  In addition parking must be on-site to accommodate 36 vehicles.  Occupancy is desired by Fall of 2011 for 10 years, five years firm.  The existing site shall be considered.

The General Services Administration is not using tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiaions at this time. Brokers who are legally authorized to represent owners my submit an expression of interest.
