Notification of Sole Source Procurement:

In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) the Government intends to limit sources to the Indiana State Museum. During the closure of the Former Fort Benjamin Harrison, approximately 50 boxes of cultural materials were collected and shipped to the Indiana State Museum. The artifacts need to be appropriately curated, documented, and then disposed of as appropriate based on the curation decision. These materials now require curation, preparation, and disposal. The estimated dollar value is less than $25k.

Project scope is to include:

1) Curation which includes review of all materials, historical/display determination, and documentation.
2) Preparation fees which will include inventory of all items, palletize the boxes/large items, prepare documentation for shipping.
3) Shipping and Disposal which will include managing the shipping and final disposition of the materials and appropriation documentation.
4) Project Management of the tasks.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal or statement of interest which shall be considered by the agency.
