The Army Contracting Command – Redstone (ACC-R) hereby provides notice of its intent to award an 8(a), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Household and Office Goods Moving support for Redstone Arsenal. The contract is expected to be a sole source awarded pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.805-1(a)(2) as this requirement is not expected to exceed the $4.5 million threshold for service contracts. The Government intends to make an award by January 2024. The period of performance is expected to run from 18 January 2024 – 17 January 2029 inclusive of a one-year base and four 12-month option periods. Interested firms may submit capability statements in accordance with the requirements listed in paragraph 13 below no later than 20 November 2023 at 2:00pm CST (Central Standard Time).
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS – This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future.
