The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial non-personal services, for Maintenance and Service (M&S) of four (4) Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection Systems (ICIDS) IV, to be performed once every six (6) months, to the four (4) standalone ICIDS IV network systems; for the National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA), located at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, in accordance with the attached SOW. The Period of Performance, (PoP) is one (1), twelve (12) month Base Period, from date of contract award, and four (4), twelve (12) month Option Periods, to be awarded at later dates.
The anticipated period of performance is one (1), twelve (12) month Base Period from date of award, and four (4), twelve (12) month Option Periods, to be awarded at later dates. The Government anticipates a firm fixed-price contract to be awarded from this combined synopsis/solicitation.

The SOW will be included as an attachment to the solicitation. The requirement is solicited as Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition 561621– Security Systems (Exception Locksmiths) . This requirement falls under the facility related services. The Product Service Code (PSC) J063, CCTV Preventive Maintenance Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $22 Million.
The offeror is responsible for reviewing beta.sam at https://www.beta/sa.gov/ for notice of amendments, updates,
and/or changes to the solicitation. All potential sources must obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS)
number and register in the System for Award Management (SAMS) in order to conduct business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in SAMS may delay the award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who has met all of the requirements to conduct business with the Government at time of award.
