Parties interested in viewing the CUI documents should log into Defense Logistics Agency’s JOINT 
CERTIFICATION PROGRAM site at: JCP Home (dla.mil) and complete a DD Form 2345. Your application 
will be reviewed and, if approved, assigned a JCP number.

In your request for access, please include your Company’s JCP Number, CAGE code, DUNS number, and NAICS code applicable to the effort when requesting receipt of the CUI RFI for verification purposes.

Network Modernization Experiment (NetModX) 23 should be in the subject line of your request.
 

The U.S. Army Contracting Command‐Aberdeen Proving Ground is conducting market research on behalf 
of the C5ISR Center, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. The C5ISR
