The Government intends to solicit with Other Than Full and Open Competition as a sole source requirement under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The NAICS code is 238210 and the Small Business Standard is $16.5 million. The proposed contract action is to provide the United States Navy Band (USNB) with professional production services for its Navy Band Birthday Concert. A detailed description of the requirement is provided in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance is 5 October 2021 – 6 October 2021.
