The Wiesbaden Contracting Center is seeking input from industry on the availability of copier services within the U.S. Army Europe and 7th Army area of responsibility. The requirement is for digital multifunctional copier equipment, including insta llation at designated locations, relocations, upgrades/downgrades, operating supplies, copier paper, full service maintenance, and repair. Desired capabilities include but are not limited to copying, printing, faxing, scanning to print/file, and /or facsi mile with post finishing solutions connection. The copiers should include universal paper trays that accept 8 ý by 11-paper size. Copier services should also include a 0800 number and an email address. The anticipated band levels are Copier Speed - Volume Band IV - 45-50 - Minimum/Maximum 17,500-50,000 - Monthly Copy Usage 17,500 (210,000). Copier Speed - Volume Band III - 25-35 - Minimum/Maximum 7,500-17,499 - Monthly Copy Usage 7,500 (90,000). Copier Speed - Volume Band II - 20-24 - Minimum/Maximum 2,500-7,499 - Monthly Copy Usage 2,500 (30,000). Copier Speed - Volume Band I - 15-15 - Minimum/Maximum 500-1,000 - Monthly Copy Usage 500 (6,000).
