Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportaion for jack-up barge for approximiately 14 days to be used for onscene construction at Minots Ledge Light, Scituate MA 02066 starting --now scheduled to be May 2005. Contractor to be responsible for delivering, anchoring, removing barge. Barge and equipment shall meet all applicable USCG, DOT, and OSHA regulations. Barge shall be equipped with adequate berthing, shower/head, galley facilities and onboard cook for four USCG personnel. There are no sanitation facilities or utilities at Minots Ledge Light therefore, barge shall be self-sufficient. BArge shall have a minimum working deck space of 750sf and shall be equipped with adeck crane capable to lifting a load of 2500 lbs approximately 50 ft above the deck. If any breakage in onscene time is required to complete refueling, watering, or sewage pumping, these costs shall befigured into the proposals provided. Barge to be available at agreed upon location for preloading prior to the start of the 14 days now estimated.
