The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) Support Services Division has a requirement for renewing the maintenance of the mail processing machines and postal meter deployed within the BSEE administrative offices nationwide. The Pitney Bowes Digital Mailing System provides capability to print shipping labels for up to 65 pieces of mail and parcels a minutes and provide discounted U.S. Postal Services rates. These machines are deployed at various BSEE locations nationwide to satisfy mail processing needs of the bureau. The current requirement is to provide annual maintenance to these machines leased by the Government and renewal the postal meter deployed by the Bureau offices.
