Contractor shall provide inland transportation line haul support and service for dry cargo (both break-bulk containers/MILVANS/stevedoring and equipment services), and refrigerated cargo (MILVANS or cold storage trailers) within the Joint Operations Area (JOA) which includes the countries of Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Belize and Panama. This service also includes the management and operation for processing and transporting U.S. Government vehicles between designated areas.
