The New Mexico National Guard, Recrutiting and Retention office, has a requirement for the rental of a kiosk inside the Cottonwood Mall in Albuquqerque, NM. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order for this requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated vendor is Simon Property Group, L.P. (dba as Cottonwood Mall). Market research has shown that there are no other known vendors that have the ability to provide kiosk rentals in or on behalf of Cottonwood Mall. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide similar services are welcome to submit a capability statement, past performance information, and price. This information will be reviewed by the appropriate Government representatives for consideration for future requirements.
