This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice of the written so licitation which may be obtained from the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at the following link, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/attachment_view.cfm?psolicitationnbr=W912JD07T2002. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-13. This solicitation is issued as an Unrestricted Procurement. All qualified parties may submit a quote. This RFQ is a reissued requirement originally posted under solicitation W912JD-07-T-2000, which was set-aside for small business. No reasonable quotes were received and the solicitation was cancelled. This solicitation is for Services Non-Personal: Contractor shall provide the following  6 Month Rental of a Glycol Recovery Vehicle (GRV). Specifications are provided in the written solicitation at the ASFI link provided above. The F.o.b. point shall be D estination. The applicable provisions and clauses are referenced in the written solicitation at the ASFI link provided above. Quotes shall be submitted on the SF 1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items located at the ASFI link above. Quotes must be received no later than 8 November 2006, at 10:00 AM EST.
