The City of Davenport is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the reconstruction of W 54th Street from Kelling Street to N Howell Street. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor for the removal of the PSS roadway for the length of the project, full depth aggregate stone base material, geo fabric/grid materials if needed, reconstruction of the roadway with a PCC ridged pavement section, reset all existing utility surface features to finish grade, replacement of the adjacent driveway approaches, reconstruction of sidewalk at the intersections including ADA ramp construction, topsoil and seeding, and erosion control.
