This project shall be a full width reconstruction, including pavement removal, subdrain installation, new subbase, PCC paving with integral curbing, PCC sidewalk and driveway approaches, ADA ramps, topsoil, and seeding for West 43rd Street from N. Elsie Avenue to Michigan Avenue and N Elsie Avenue from W 43rd St to W 42nd Street.
