North Atlantic Industries is the only source of this compatible software and therefore meeting this requirement.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Justification for Sole Source: A requirement exists for the VXI Synchro/Resolver, the compatability issues with the unit under test makes North Atlantic Industries the only source for these items.
