INVITATION TO BID PENN WEST UNIVERSITY of PENNSYLVANIA CALIFORNIA CAMPUS PW-CAL-22-106 & 107: Vulcan Hall Stairs Replacement / Old Main Stair Removal Penn West University/California Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this Project consists of the Removal and replacement of existing exterior egress stair on Vulcan Hall and removal of the existing exterior egress stair and infill repairs on Old Main Work shall be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University. A Non-mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on March 30, 2023, at 10:00AM, at the Kara Alumni House, 2nd Floor Conference Room, Second Street, on the California Campus located in California, PA 15419. The Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory but highly recommended.
