This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32, effective 31 Mar 2000. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Prospective offerors must be CCR registered and must complete the ORCA on-line representation or provide a copy of their representation and certification as required by FAR Clause 52.212-3.

This requirement is for Video Telecommunications Upgrade and Integrations to the existing VTC Camera, control system and whiteboard.
This request is for Brand name of equal. If providing or equal supply, the quote must state the item(s) are an "or equal/equal" and the prospective offeror has the responsibility to ensure that any "or equal/equal " supply(s) are bonafied or equal to the Brand name equipment requested.

2. EVALUATION: The requirement will be evaluated on the lowest price of proposals and/ or lowest price technically acceptable.
