Plug-n-Play USB camera for VVX 500 and VVX 600 Business Media phones; 1 each SW, LIC, LYNC Enterprise IND Phone; 1 each Premier Support 1 Yr, per VVX 500/600 (Req. 100% cov min. 100 phones/end user cust. acct); 1 each CX5500 Unified Conference Station for Microsoft Lync, Power: AMER-Type B, NEMA 5-15; 1 each Premier One Year, CX 5100/CX5500 Series.  This is a brand name or equal requirement per FAR 52.211-6.  This synopsis is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.  The provisions and clauses in the Request for Quotations are those in effect through FAC 2005-80.  The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is M00318-15-T-0021.  The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract.  This procurement is unrestricted.
