The Lincoln VRTEX 360 is a virtual welder that will supplement training required to achieve qualification in 1F, 2F, 2G, 3F, 3G positions and also certification in the 6G position.  The system offers hands-on training that's consistent with standard welding industry methodology and evaluation criteria. The VRTEX 360 also replicates proper machine set-up. Trainees must enter proper material type, process, gas flow, amperage, voltage, and wire-feed speed into the system prior to "welding". 
 
Would require the vendor to provide delivery, installation, and appropriate training of the VRTEX 360 platform.
