The 47th Contracting Flight intends to sole source to VirtualPaint Products LLC, the virtual reality (VR) training system requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source.

VirtualPaint provides an education VR training system that is currently in use by the military, Air Force and Navy, in different technical schools to train its workforce. VirtualPaint offers a complete array of options that are not offered by any other VR training system. By using another company the demands of the requirement would not be met. A sources sought was posted on 12 April 2021 with no response from any other vendors.
