The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Division D, APG, MD 21005, on behalf of The Army Acquisition Center of Excellence AACoE intends to award one sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Contract type contract for the support of VitalSmarts. The contract will be a base year and four (4) option years.

The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source bases with VitalSmarts, LC., 282 River Bend Ln Ste 100 Provo, UT, 84604-5799, Cage Code: 3GL44 under the statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition 15 U.S.C. 657f, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5(b)(6) -- Sole source awards under the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. 657f).
