Solicitation No. GPO1000-16-Q0004 - The US GovernmentPublishingOffice inWashington,DC requiresthepurchaseand installationof aVariable Pressure Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (VP-FE-SEM) equipped with Energy-Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS), Secondary Electron (SE) capture, Variable Pressure (VP) detector, Backscatter Electron (BSE) detector, Electron Backscatter Diffraction (EBSD), and Wavelength Dispersive Spectroscopy (WDS). The US GovernmentPublishingOffice inWashington,DC also requires thepurchase of VP-FE-SEM sample mounting and surface preparation equipment capable of sputter coating, rough grinding up to and including molecular ion milling. A Factory Trained Technician will provideonsite trainingclasses toinstructupto five(5) ofGPO's personnelin operatingproceduresofthenewinstruments and detectors.
