The basic requirement is:

CLIN 0001: 12 Months (1/1/2017 - 12/31/2017) of housing for up to 20 individuals on Saipan, CNMI.
• Housing for 20 Volunteers with up to 2 individuals/room for 12 months (January 2017 - December 2017)
• Safe and Secure (windows; door(s) that lock; assessable ingress/egress - if multiple levels, secure stairs; indoor plumbing (restroom (shower/toilet), kitchen); air conditioning; fire suppression/ fire extinguisher)
• Optional quantity of 3 additional months
• Kitchens with stoves, no other appliances are required.
• Utilities included

CLIN 0002: 3 Month Option Period (1/1/2018 - 3/31/2018) of housing for up to 20 individuals on Saipan, CNMI.

Quotes are due no later than December 28, 2016 at 4:00 PM Pacific.
