The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals from qualified local organizations interested in providing the technical assistance and services as described in the attached solicitation. USAID plans to award a hybrid Firm Fixed Price (FFP Services) and Cost plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) term contract, for the provision of technical assistance and services to support high quality, high volume, Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC) service delivery, and technical assistance for provinces and districts to start up publically-funded high quality, high volume, VMMC sites.
