Project description: Project consists of a core and shell renovation of a 2 story office and warehouse building to be an office building with a parking garage. Improvements include seismic upgrades, envelope upgrades, new building entry and new HVAC system. Documents Included: - Permit Documents & Specs dated 5/24/21 - Demolition Plans and Permit Closure - Phase 1 Environmental Report - Geotechnical Report - Hazardous Material Inspection Report PROPOSALS ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE July 7th, 2021 at 2:00 PM* *All proposals to be valid for a minimum of 60-days.
