The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB), Office of Strategy and Development (OSD) in Prague, Czech Republic, is seeking a terrestrial TV channel that has a reputation for producing respected, credible news programming and that has the ability to reach mass audiences with coverage in Mykolaiv in Ukraine.
