VIA is requesting bids from responsible firms to provide annual software assurance and support coverage for the VMware and Virtual Desktop Infrastructures. The term of the contract is five (5) years. Bids received after the above time and date shall not be considered, except as provided in the section in the IFB entitled “Late Submission.” The bid shall be in a sealed envelope properly labeled on the outside with the project name and number and the bid opening date. Unless specifically authorized in writing by VIA, no telegraphic or tele-faxed bids will be considered.
