Solicitation N00421-19-T-0026 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The VME SBC RTM & SATA HDD Assemblies must be Concurrent Technologies products under the authority of FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13 and this RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.  The quoted items must be the exact part numbers. Concurrent Technologies is the OEM of the VME SBC and only known vendor able to deliver the VME SBC RTM & SATA HDD Assemblies within the required delivery date. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.  This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
