The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and negotiate a new procurement modification under existing contract
N00030-18-C-0005 issued on a sole-source basis to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), Pittsfield, MA.

The procurement will address conducting a technical refresh of the Navy Tactical Data System-Type E (NDTS-E) Versa Module Eurocard (VME) modules for the SSGN platforms and shore sites.
