The contractor shall design, build and deliver 6 VME extender cards to support Missile Away capabilities. The contractor shall deliver the 6 VME extender boards to support the SWT.

 Negotiations will be conducted with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS), Pittsfield, MA.  GDAIS is the sole manufacturer of the TRIDENT (II) D5 Strategic Weapon System (SWS) Fire Control System and Attack Weapons Control System and the only source with the in-depth knowledge, expertise, and in-place capability to perform the required effort.
