The 5th Contracting Squadron has a requirement to provide the Vitros 350, accessories, calibration, factory original or reconditioned repair parts, labor, preventive maintenance, and unscheduled service calls for the period of 1 March 2015 - 28 February 2016, located at Minot AFB, ND. This contractual agreement is to include the Contractor to supply full service preventive maintenance with unlimited service calls as required and an annual preventative maintenance inspection during normal business hours, Monday through Friday between 0730 AM - 1630 PM CST (except Federal Government Holidays.) The 5th Contracting Squadron intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The 5th Contracting Squadron intends to enter into a firm, fixed-price contract with Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, INC., 1001RTE 202 US HWY Raritan, NJ 08869-1424.
