This project will provide for the preparation of a Design Concept Report (DCR) to evaluate the re-alignment and configuration of the Vistancia Boulevard and Happy Valley Road intersection improvements to accommodate the 2040 traffic volumes, recommend a final, ultimate solution, and to prepare 15% plans and prepare an opinion of probable costs. In addition, this solicitation will design and prepare final construction plans and documents for an interim traffic congestion solution for the near term traffic conditions.
