The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a competitive basis this requirement, in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. This requirement is a manufacturer sole source requirement to Presagis USA Inc., 12424 Research Parkway, Suite 390, Orlando, FL 32826 with full and open competition among authorized distributors as it is proprietary to Presagis. The VAPS Tools are specific to this sole manufacturer as it must be compatible with existing VAPS software already installed and in use. All responsible sources shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation with specifications will be issued on or about 4/6/2017 and will be published on: www.fbo.gov/. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
