THE ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION RELEASE FOR AG-82X9-S-11-7001 IS ON OR ABOUT NOVEMBER 29 2010 IN FEDBIZOPS. R2 CONTRACTING POC, KIM LUFT, IS THE LEAD FOR THIS PRE-SOLICITATION AND SOLICITATION. THE R2/R4 COMBINED PRE-SOLICITATION AND LATER, THE OFFICIAL SOLICITATION, CAN BE ACCESSED UNDER AG-82X9-S-11-7001 IN FEDBIZOPS.

Synopsis Description:

The intent of this solicitation and any resultant Agreement is to obtain Tents for use on a local, Regional and Nationwide basis. These agreements will be used by Federal and possibly State Agencies located within the Rocky Mountain and Intermountain (Great Basin) Regions. These areas consist primarily of the following locations: Wyoming, Colorado, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Utah, Idaho (South of the Salmon River), Arizona (Arizona Strip District), Nevada and part of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest in California, and the portion of Lake Mead National Recreation Area in Arizona and communities adjacent thereto. The Contractor is responsible for all equipment, transportation to/from incident, and setup/take down necessary to meet or exceed the Agreement specifications. The resources may be used in fire suppression and all-hazard incidents.

It is anticipated that the Solicitation will be posted on or about November 29 2010.
