The Village of Pinecrest, FL is inviting the submission of proposals from licensed laboratory or healthcare provider(s) to administer a turnkey operation of Covid-19 Molecular Diagnostic and/or Serology Antibody testing. The successful respondent must have the ability to: provide on-site administration including security (if deemed necessary), schedule appointments, check identification, process payment, process insurance billing, collect specimen, transport specimen and provide results of tests to be administered to the public at one of two Village of Pinecrest locations, Flagler Grove Park, 7551 SW 104th Street Pinecrest, Florida or Suniland Park Annex, 12855 Pinecrest Parkway, Pinecrest, Florida or at a provider site located within one-mile radius from Village of Pinecrest.
