The scope of work consist of all labor, equipment, transportation, overhead, bonding costs, safety oversight, quality control oversight and supervision as required to mobilize, procure, install and construct the Village and Railhead Electrical Improvements including:

1. Overhead line and GOAB Switch Installation on the Fermilab 12.47 KV system;
2. Overhead line and lighting improvements in the Railhead Storage Facility;
3. Overhead power system improvements at the Railhead, 480 V and 13.8 KV system;
4. Overhead and Underground line work associated with the installation of the Voltage Regulator;
5. Installation of one ‐ three phase voltage regulator.

All Planholders are required to submit a completed "Fermilab Subcontractor Safety Information Questionnaire," along with OSHA 300A Logs and NCCI forms for each of the past three (3) years.
